About Us

The Water Wonderland Improvement District (WWID) is a non-profit corporation providing water for domestic use to the Oregon Water Wonderland Subdivision Units 1 & 2 (OWW) . The WWID was incorporated in 1969 and is organized in the State of Oregon under Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 554. We are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are also property owners within OWW. The mission of the Water District, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation, is "to provide water for domestic use, including the irrigation of lawns and gardens, to the inhabitants of the Water Wonderland Improvement District."

There are three well sites servicing Units 1 & 2 that are each comprised of deep water wells, steel bolted reservoir tanks, and pressure pump stations. WWID's highest priority is protecting public health by providing safe, high-quality drinking water services to its members and customers. For water quality information please see our Safe Drinking Water and Cross Connection Program page.
